Onyx Exclusive Chauffeur Service, LLC

1. Company Information

Onyx Exclusive Chauffeur Service, LLC (“Onyx Exclusive,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a California limited liability company providing private chauffeur services in Southern California.

2. Services

  • Onyx Exclusive provides:

    • Executive airport transfers

    • Private hourly chauffeur service

    • Pre-arranged private transportation

  • All services are pre-scheduled and subject to availability. We do not provide on-demand rides.

3. Reservations & Confirmation

  • Reservations must be made through our website or directly with our team.

  • A reservation is not confirmed until written confirmation is issued.

  • We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

  • A valid payment method is required to secure all reservations.

  • All chauffeur services are billed at the applicable hourly rate for the selected vehicle.

  • A three (3) hour minimum applies to all hourly chauffeur reservations.

  • Service time begins at the scheduled pickup time and concludes at final drop-off. All time is billed in full-hour increments only.

  • Clients may request to extend service beyond the reserved duration, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Approved extensions will be billed in full-hour increments at the applicable rate. Availability for extensions is not guaranteed.

  • Continued service is contingent upon successful payment processing. Onyx Exclusive reserves the right to suspend or decline future reservations if payment is declined or outstanding.

5. Payment Authorization and Stored Payment Methods

  • By submitting a reservation and providing payment information, you authorize Onyx Exclusive Chauffeur Service, LLC to securely process charges through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

  • Payment information is stored and managed securely by Stripe in accordance with its security and compliance standards. Onyx Exclusive does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.

  • By completing a reservation, you authorize Onyx Exclusive to retain your payment method on file through Stripe and to charge that payment method for:

    • Confirmed reservations

    • Approved service extensions

    • Applicable cancellation or no-show fees

    • Future reservations requested by you

  • Recurring clients authorize Onyx Exclusive to generate invoices for services rendered and to charge the stored payment method for the invoiced amount without requiring a new payment link for each reservation.

  • Clients may request removal of a stored payment method at any time in writing.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing within the applicable notice period below:

    • Airport Transfers: At least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup.

    • Hourly Chauffeur Service: At least 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup.

  • Cancellations made outside of the required notice period may be charged the full reserved amount.

  • Failure to appear at the designated pickup location without prior cancellation (“no-show”) will result in the full reservation amount being charged.

7. Waiting Time

  • Commercial Airport Arrivals:
    Complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes after flight landing.

  • Private Aviation (FBO):
    Complimentary waiting time of 30 minutes after aircraft arrival.

  • Additional waiting time billed in 15-minute increments.

8. Passenger Conduct

Passengers agree to:

  • Treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect.

  • Refrain from smoking, vaping, or illegal activity.

  • Cover the cost of any damage caused during service.

We reserve the right to terminate service if safety is compromised.

9. Liability Limitations

  • Onyx Exclusive is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Traffic

    • Weather

    • Airport or airline operations

    • Road closures

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.

10. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government restrictions, etc.

  • Onyx Exclusive Chauffeur Service, LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time.

  • Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website unless otherwise stated.

  • Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • Clients are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California.
